clients a curl to their lashes, lasting up to 2 months. No more lash heaters or curlers. This
course will also provide you with the knowledge and step by step procedure of the
effective and safe application of lash and brow tints. Students will receive practical hands
on training working with an exceptional tinting system called Refectocil. This tint
contains safe ingredients for eyes and is Health Canada Approved. Model required for
entire duration of this workshop.
